It's a racket sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net, where players use paddles (rackets) to hit a light plastic ball between them.

It's a fun low-impact social sport for all ages and abilities, a great way to exercise and stay healthy.

Our new group, set up in July 2025, already has over thirty members. We have had a taster session for those who showed interest initially, very successful. An hour session costs £3 plus £2 if you need to hire a paddle. Sessions are currently running on Mondays 4.45 - 5.45 pm at Caldicot Leisure Centre.
