The new Caldicot and District u3a 'Strictly Dancing group' started on Wednesday 2nd of September at Portskewett Church Hall; start time 10-15 with a short break for refreshment half way through and finish at 11-45. There will be a fee of £3 per session to cover the hall hire cost.

My advice would be to wear comfortable clothing and a pair of shoes suitable for dancing in which can include dance shoes if you have them or trainers if you prefer.

We shall all be dancing as individuals so there will be no partner work and you can feel comfortable coming along on your own. The idea is for us to have fun and exercise whilst dancing so I envisage that the structure of the sessions will evolve to suit us all.

Please joins us for this very informal adventure.
Kind regards
Pam Harrison
